Larry: You hit the nail right on the head. BD's language in reference to Degratia was far more confident & resolute than was the case for Naxos. In fact, BD went out of its way to hedge its bets by saying "To our knowledge, it is our opinion..." Gee wizz, like, how can you have an opinion without it being to your knowledge?
