d1, i agree w. u about this guy at at the gym. I have my own blood pressure thingo. just gave to my mom. i bot vlish bond and msftp so far. other thing i m doing is selling leaps against some of my stocks giving me a huge protections on down side.. all this should add up to 25%. i have not looked any bond fund. if u know of a good one let me kknow. frank said he did not like bond fund.
