The rich get richer as stock buybacks surge not always

This should read earnings increase as buy backs release some of the pressure on CFO's who constantly have to stay on their toes so they don't step on yours When for one reason or another stock prices are too high company earnings have to increase in order for the stock to maintain that valuation. If the stocks drops in value you are apt to lose more than the corp, they can survive BK it is going to be much more difficult for you to do.

Of course there is the exceptions to old rules now we have new rules where an elf drops off a pot of dough in the form of an IPO. On occasion dough sticks to the one pan and leaves the rest with empty hands. On rare occasions this dough sticks both investors hands together and you can't get them unglued to sell the stock.

How to read increased inventory on houses well if you have many buyers looking for houses they sell rapidly This is what we have in certain areas of CA. If the real estate market starts to slow You will notice that prices are reduced in order to sell the property this is peeking around the corner in my opinion.

median household income 2006 - $50,233
median household 2012 - $51,017 a year
about a one percent increase

Dow increases and median income are not congruent
Our exports have in my opinion not increased enough to offset this.
