I don't know who told you that but it is simply not true. What is true is there are a few analyst looking for a top while the masses look for the bull to continue and are acting like that is what they believe. There are those who want you to think they are the only bulls around and it is just not so. The herd mood at the present is obviously very bullish. This index shows the actions of the herd.
