*he has filed about 46 recent cases alleging violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act* IMO, this is Bush 41's biggest F'-up. Not grandfather-ing in existing small businesses and given the tort lawyers a free for all make this the worst written legislation out there. This could have been accomplished much better via fines, etc. and keep the damn lawyers out of it.
