I am using the enumerated "Bill of Rights" as a prime example of how our culture has rightfully raised the status of self-protection as a natural right so high that it overrules the powers of government to take action on sane and law abiding citizens in several ways.

Nonsense......our culture has nothing to do with the basic survival needs of human beings and all animals on the planet.... For some weird reason you seem determined to equate paper documents with inborn instincts and needs...
