So what?

So we have over 50 billion in the bank and it was a bunch of communist hippies in the 70's who believe in government that made it happen.

And so we pay NO state taxes. the revenue from that fund pays for all our social needs.

And we put it in the constitution that no one could touch the principle without a 75% vote of both houses.

That will never happen. And they have to inflation proof it each year before they spend any of it.

And give a yearly check to every resident so as to develop a support group.

We knew the Republican's would try and steal it, so we set a zillion barriers for them to jump.

Too bad Texas, Oklahoma and LA didn't have any communist hippies to form a large permanent fund to save some of the oil money for their kids and grand kids like we did!
