No. Because Barack Obama had ZERO meaningful experience when he took office.

Only by your unusual standards. In reality, both Bush and Romney were the least experienced candidates, and in the case of Bush, his inexperience showed dramatically during his presidency. This country paid a steep price for Bush's on the job training..............a very steep price.
