Articles such as this by a "third party" give me heart. Mention of "2016" dampens it a bit, but, one still might think that once the "writing is on the wall" that Silver is getting valuable that a prospective buyer may want to get the site ready for production, wouldn't you? Why let the "boom" go by while you are building out your production capability? seekingalpha.com
