Addendum: I think I mentioned in an earlier post that he [Baker] gave me a copy of an article from StockBroker magazine [November, 1997]. I don't know how to get the whole article in, but here is an excerpt that would allow some checking-up: "Universal's investment banker, Sands Brothers & Co., Ltd., through Capstone & Company, LLC, a New York based merchant banking company, has arranged a commitment of up to $8 million for purchase order financing for Universal's CT Simulator systems enabling Universal to obtain additional orders for its CT Simulator systems."
