Rich, have you request the "Tape"???? I am not trying to imply that the "Tape" is anything more then the tape of the Annual Meeting. But if one has not seen it, then one does not know enouth about the company and the direction it is going in!!! The company has been positive cash flow for the last three Quarters. If the companh raises any more money it may be thur high yearn debt. Wasn't that mention in the CC!! I believe the bankers' visiting the company are looking to see if the company can continue on its current path of positive cash flow. Jim
