I'm not sure cert. will automatically be denied as so many are predicting. Obama has stepped so far outside the bounds of the Constitution it may be the Court will put the brakes on it. Of course, Obama will be long gone unless they can somehow fast track it as in Bush v. Gore.

I think a majority of the Court may recognize that the future of the country is at stake and decide to act on it.
