CNTR's bottom:

I have never, and I mean never accurately predicted how low a stock will go. I think my posts here evidence that. The occasions that I have accidentally picked the bottom I ascribe to coincidence, since I'm wrong much more often that right. I can tell when a minor reversal is in place, and enter properly. But even to enter I prefer to do it either intraday or by setting limit buys based on historical trends and what the look-forward projection is from the net. That works, but only because I pick the right kinds of stocks and set stops. Yes, given that the volume improves, CNTR above 1 is a fair assessment of a trunaround point. The problem will be if it lingers there in the 1-1.25 range like so many of the other oversold tickers have. Exiting a stock I am much better at, but then that is probably because I am more confident in recognizing those patterns, of not being greedy, and of paying attention when it reaches what I have calculated to be a reasonable share price growth percentage.. And honestly, if I could only have one or the other - know when to exit is better in my mind.
