I had a thought after reading about the many banks that are folding in Asia and was wondering if it could be possible that some of these banks may have been holding receivables due Qcom ? At the very least it may be possible that company's that have agreements with QCOM may have lost their assets and possibly default on payment or cancel some proposals . Any thoughts on this ?
