Re: Stock buybacks. Check the history of VVUS. They announced a stock buyback when they got hammered earlier in the year. An announcement does not necessarily mean any stock ever gets bought back. You probably know the short arguments re: ZONA already. Phentolamine has what is called in pharmacology a "narrow therapeutic window" meaning the effective dose (including that for impotence if you go by ZONA's data) is very close to the toxic dose. Unlike MUSE, which you could probably take many (tens) of doses of without much significant side effects, two or three times the dose of phentolamine for impotence is likely to cause clinically significant hypotension.
