No, what we know is the ongoing campaign in the White House CLAIMED he didn't write it. Of course, that makes zero sense at all, since it was HIS bio and it was used for 15 years and changed only months before he decided to run for office. Whether his pen wrote it, he used it, knowingly, during those years. So, he lied then or he lied now.

It makes sense in that these people knew what it would mean to Obama to be born in Hawaii vs. Kenya. At the time, anyway. The fact that Obama found it to his advantage later on to claim a Kenyan birth is not relevant.
