CBO has already said they can no longer forecast cost of ACA. They have no idea because of all the presidential orders and tinkering from HHS.

I can tell you this much. The health care finance system in the states I work in is an absolute mess. Particularly the Medicaid, but not only Medicaid.

I worked in a clinic today that is a critical facility for our state where the highest concentration of patients consist of Medicaids. They've had to stop taking it because they lose money on every patient.

I think Medicaid here will reach a crisis condition by the end of the year.
