Today through next Tuesday, these divvies will hit the account: LMT, TICC, SFL, OXLC, GRH.PR.C, ADP, KMB....what a great way to start the 2nd half of the year.....and the year has already been much better than I ever expected it to be.

I love the DGI investment style, it fits me and my personality perfectly......I'm good at patiently staying the course. I've never worked for anyone since I was 17, I'm not in a business that one can expect a big bucks income, but I have always done exactly what I enjoy doing (designing & building beautiful gardens). I have always been a saver, I am very thankful that I started saving around 20% of my income in my 20's. I have no pension coming from anyone, but what I have put away for myself.

After about 3.5 years of DGI I can see that this all going to work out well. I'm 57, I never really plan to retire because I truly enjoy what I do, but I will be more and more picky about what (and who) I take on. Looking down the road, I can see that it appears everything is going to work out just fine.

Mr Felix, thank you for starting this great thread, I really appreciate you, and the others that congregate to share here. No ego's, no BS, no hype, just good information, and the sharing of ideas.
