Your numbers are also way off.

The 211 die corresponds to a 128 sq. mm. Pentium MMX die (0.35 micron procss) for an 8 inch wafer.

The Tillamook is 95 sq. mm.(0.25 micron process) and there are about 300 or more total die sites (complete) on an 8 inch wafer.

Even at a low $300 ASP (why be redundant and say blended? an ASP is an ASP) that still amounts to a potential of $90,000 per wafer.
