Right. There is no heinously brutal regime. Too bad Maliki couldn't reconcile the conflict with Sunnis, but looking at it as a Monday morning quarter back, this outcome seems somewhat inevitable.

It is my opinion, we are witnessing something more than a regional conflict. I see this as the front lines of a war that will be global and of biblical proportions when it is in its full blown presentation.... unless of course it was quashed in the very near future and I don't see that happening, so far.
