Re High Capex . I have nothing against the refinery business, but I don't think it is a good fit with the MLP structure. With the MLP structure, it's all about reliable cash flow and I don't think that a refinery business can guarantee those. I have made the decision not to touch these vehicle, but I agree that it might work out great for some.
