From that article --

"On Friday, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., tried to ease the minds of constituents concerned about Obama's executive overreach with an email saying the Constitution's system of checks and balances will ultimately keep the president under control, as it did when the Supreme Court unanimously ruled Obama's recess appointments to the NRLB unconstitutional."

Unfortunately, our courts are so clogged up with total nonsense that these decisions take far too long. And the number of constitutional violations by this president is just staggering; we can ill-afford waiting for years to see them resolved.

The big one is Sissel, which would throw out the entire ACA with a single decision, and little wiggle-room for splitting the baby. Every time the president does an end-around Congress, I think it increases the likelihood the Court will hear Sissel sooner rather than later. Assuming the DC Circuit gets off its ass and makes a decision, I would not be surprised if the Supreme Court hears it next term. I hope so. It will be a huge disappointment if they pass on it, because it is the only clear recourse for putting the presidential power grab toothpaste back in the tube.
