if I had to pick only three..............I'd go with strict term limits...........12 years TOTAL for Congress...............a tightly written balanced budget amendment which would limit spending to some % of GDP with a strict definition of GDP ...............abolish the income tax and IRS and establishment of a NST or flat tax....................I think those three might have the biggest effects.
