Phil and Frank,

Thanks for the insights. I wonder how much of the recent drop in price is due to the fact that 70% of S3 business is in Asia, and the fact that the fab is in Taiwan. I would think that the price will drift according to how WS feels about the near future in Asia, but if this company is indeed still solid, with engineering continuing to design new products in a fairly stable atmosphere, then this indeed is a stock that is undervalued. Still, I would like to hear from anyone out there who is in the know if the morale is still strong within the company. Are we close to the bottom now??? And what is the reality behind the INtel/crus suit. If these are cleared up, perhaps it is time to reinvest in a company that still has some life left.

Thanks again,

Sambo
