Alert: LNG Sales Agreements Inked Post-Equity Offering
26 June 2014 ¦ 9 pages ir.citi.com

Two LNG Sales Agreements Beginning ’15 Announced... – Range announced
that it has entered into sales agreements with two LNG facilities beginning with
Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG terminal (5-year agreement) expected to be online
late 2015 while the other facility was not disclosed (10-year agreement). Also, while
contract volumes were not disclosed, they have been defined in the two agreements
and could be substantial. The Sabine Pass facility is expected to export ~0.5 Bcf/d
of natural gas with the first train online in late 2015 and an additional 0.5 Bcf/d in
2016 with the second of four trains coming online. Range has existing firm
transportation agreements in place to transport gas to the Gulf Coast to satisfy
these two agreements. Also, the company continues to be in active discussions with
other potential international LNG buyers.
