QTWW is listed as an "Addition" to the Russell Microcap. I don't know if that's it.

You're assessment is great with this. Keep it up! Each line you write has great DD. The more companies QTWW work with just shows it's a good thing they are not "tied" down to a contract with Agility. They're producing/expanding the same # of tanks with or without contract, and buyers will hopefully continue to roll in :)
