Jim I may be confused. Didn't they transfer one entire line to the new plant? Isn't that line supposed to be operating now ( after this training delay etc.) Aren't the lines operating 3 shifts a day 6 days a week? Wouldn't this apply to the new plant as well? Even if they were only operating one shift I would expect some activity around the plant at 5:30 in the afternoon.
Maybe they transferred one line to the new plant and they in training and can't produce any product pending FDA approval of the plant. If that is true that would explain the reduction in production but why didn't they just say that.

I am more concerned that distributors are canceling orders because their inventories have gotten too high and Vivus has responded by cutting production. If that is true I could live with it as I said. If this is a viable company then the future should be bright. There can only be so many ways to treat ED and they have the patent the method that I would prefer to a neddle. The world market is just opening up and the future US market can only get larger as the baby boom population ages and we all know how the BBs are working to "keep young"

I am going to try to talk to my friend at Vivus and see what light he can shed on the above.
