It would be interesting to see what happened. As for whether they could overturn previous decisions, I have no doubt that's possible. At least three of the present SC judges--Alito, Scalia, and Thomas--regularly argue for broad decisions which overturn precedents; Roberts and Kennedy tend to favor more narrowly written ones.

As to whether that would happen, that's hard to know. It would depend on the ability of liberal judges to get five to vote for overturning a precedent as opposed to more narrowly construed decisions.
