What we learned is that for every selling during their "Russell" rebalance woodshed period, there were equal numbers of buyers shopping the bargain bins for under-valued (under book value in many cases) high yielders. It reminded me of my swing trading days and I took advantage of it by "rebalancing" from ST high flyers. I am not unhappy with the result, though in reality, these may indeed be ST/IT moves as the BDC/CLO stocks overshoot to the upside -- an "if", but not entirely implausible.
