I saw where 90% of the corporations fall under that criteria.
It is my information & belief that they are mostly one to five man operations ( a father and son(s) type of businesses) that don't employ a lot of people ("Hobby" being the exception to the rule at 15k employees) that have chosen that from of corporate entity to keep control of it within the small group of family shareholders.
