There is over 15 million outstanding shares on MXMX unlike previously thought / floated 3.5 million shares.. That could explain for the price slide and company valuation.. Most of you in the thread still seem to think 3.5 mill shares o/s and think 100k is a big volume... Thoughts continued, If you look at sec filings from 4/97, you can also see that most of the shares are owned by insiders. Also if you look at sec filings since then, you can see that most instituational investors have costs from 1.20 up ---- no where near current prices. So there is a difference between shares outstanding and "trading "float. nicholas
