Krauthammer is, as usual, correct. How does it even make sense NOT to have a fence? And these fools are always wanting the government to spend money on "infrastructure" -- how about spending it on building a Great Wall of America? Hell, we'll save money by doing it. It is just one of those failings of government. It is just too obvious.
