So you are prepared with an actual COMPARISON of each President's executive orders, to see which ones are 'serious' or major or 'constitutionally suspect' or whatnot (so we can decide which President was the most 'imperial' of all)??????????????????

You DON'T have any kind of comparison at all?

Well, in that case I suppose we are back to just plain arithmetic.

COUNTING the number of executive orders. (While admitting that *each* President has issued some significant and major ones.....)
