Which leads us to the follow up: So you are prepared with an actual COMPARISON of each President's executive orders, to see which ones are 'serious' or major or 'constitutionally suspect' or whatnot (so we can decide which President was the most 'imperial' of all)?????????????????? No? You aren't prepared to do that? You DON'T have any kind of comparison at all? (I thought not....) Well, in that case I suppose we are back to just plain arithmetic. COUNTING the number of executive orders. (While admitting that each President has issued some significant and major ones.....)
