However, if you actually had any interest in learning about this subject I would recommend you listen, in its entirety, to the three hours of testimony before Congress concerning presidential powers found here: c-span.org If you listen to this testimony with an open mind you cannot conceivably come away with your cavalier attitude about it. I would also point out the following discussion on the subject: c-span.org This last video does go also to the other illegal acts carried out by Obama. While there are a few such items within the Bush terms, there is no doubt, whatsoever, that Obama's are far more outrageous and egregious.
