Some animals are more equal than others on the farm.

If someone has to violate his or her religious beliefs to comply with the law, the law itself is unconstitutional.

So polygamy being illegal is unconstitutional because some Mormons take having multiple wives as a tenet of their faith? Or that murdering homosexuals is ok because the Hadith says to? Same with the halakha? How about those religions with animal sacrifice? Or cannibalism?

Or does this principle only applies to Christianity?

Your argument is equivalent to "The law is the law whether you agree with it or not."
