So what if it may be legalized in the future? By your logic, laws restricting polygamy are unconstitutional now, not some vague point in the future.

As to the rest, nothing silly about it. You are the one who made the claim that laws restricting those activities are unconstitutional on the face of it. I think that is a silly stance, but it was yours, not mine.

Admit it. You think Christianity should be a privileged religion in this country. Practitioners have an inalienable right, a right no non-Christian has, to decide which laws they follow and which laws they don't.

To be honest, you have a massive sense of entitlement.
