As you know, we have 2MM certified shares of a @2.17MM float. We are
having great difficulty getting large positions certified. We possess
significantly more shares than the float.
The MM's were able to shake shares from shakey investors, in doing so,
they had to churn amongst themselves and short sell. This demonstrates
to me that the Market they're making is one that is self-preserving. As
we approach the magic number, the need for 'paper' becomes essential to
control the Market they're making. To me this is bullish, because in
doing so, it allows us to increase our position, apply more pressure,
and stimulate shorts to cover.
Theses mechanics were evident at IOMEGA & Presstek. Nays like yourself,
tried intimidation and questioned investors intellect when they
recognized the mechanics of a squeeze. Run-ups to $3-$4 are attributed
to short interests covering and the drops afterwards to sell-off. Shorts
were/are able to take advantage of this mechanism as well, except in the
case of RMIL, its' naked shorting, so the pressure for the RMIL MM's to
get inventory, churning, short selling, is, to me, bullish, and an
indicator that we're very close to the magic number!! No Bull!, Pugs
