I dunno, Steve. My parents love Medicare, except for the donut hole. And my Dad, a Korean war vet, loves the VA except that he has to travel to Houston to use it.

I am real curious as to the problems steve's parents are having with Medicare. As an MD, my cousin complains about the paperwork but he says for the recipient all they do is show their card and pay their 20% co pay. Easy peasy. Can't imagine what steve's folks do to gum up the process.
