If SPEED was of the essence, then why did we let things drag out and let Bin Laden and Omar leave the country?

The whole thing was handled horribly.

NOW, we will never know if we could have made Afghanistan into a different kind of country.

In a couple years young girls and all women in Afghanistan will be treated like chattel again and we will have blown more than half a trillion for NOTHING.
