And I can be existentially ruthless if I must. But not until I must, and certainly not based on some opaque theory of future problems.

That must be addressed differently through intelligent comprehensive planning I hope they are doing now?

But short term, like now, I would fight any assholes who wanted to harass scared young mothers and their children.
