Thanks for the info.

My friend got most of his silver from the discarded X'ray films provided by a hospital for a science fair project at his school. Originally he had kept it for some personal electroplating work but somehow never got around to it. But now that he has a 'bimbo' in is life he has lost interest in electroplating and wants to sell the silver for as much as he could get perhaps to buy some piece of 'catalyst' for her!
