Fido: Re: Street.com - They don't necessarily say, "here, go out and buy this or sell that" but teach about how to trade cyclicals, how to pick up on "tells", how to intepret moves in the option markets, etc. I think a lot of folks just want to be told what to do and not have to figure out why [not talking about anyone here]. To me, it's an incredible bargain to hear what Cramer has to say every single day, sometimes 2-3 times per day. I held onto it like a life preserver on Gray Monday, I can tell you that. I was very reluctant to give up on some of my long tech positions even after the Oracle call, but reading Cramer's take finally convinced me and saved me mucho dinero. There's also Gary Smith's stuff which is good - he's a regular guy who trades at home now (my fantasy).
