When all the money is concentrated in a few hands then they buy and live in the best places and run everyone else out. Look at the world and who lives where. The rich and powerful always take the best land. In Alaska the best land was on the ocean. More food and less bugs. The Inuit controlled most of it. In the US the rich get richer and the middle class poorer. Where I live it is seen as a pristine safe sanctuary and big money is pouring in to get a piece. The same thing happens at the best water holes in Africa. The powerful take the best of everything. Always have.
