Cities suck for living.

But even with all the flex-work, the jobs are in the cities. And even more so with the service oriented economy.

Our high tech company hires multisite. And it's pretty clear: in Boston/Silly Valley it's the job seekers market. But in other smaller places it's the job offerrers marker. There's usually just couple companies offering jobs and no big guns like Google/Amazon/Facebook to compete against.

I could telework at my current job. But if I moved out of Boston metro, finding next job would suck.

So I am happy that I can afford the suburbs of Boston. :)
