Bre-x is in bankruptcy, is there any hope for stockholders? Assets are being conserved by the trustee. Claims do not have judgement rendered yet, therefore claims are not liabilities yet. Trustee has to invest the assets to gainfully protect the stockholders' rights. We can question trustee for a detailed plan? And we think there is money to reorganize between now and some judgement large enough for liquidation of Bre-x. We should not liquidate before there is sufficient judgement against Bre-x for liquidation.
