Now: can you help me with an October 6, 1997 edition of Business Week, which had a well-written, special report on web advertising, and how growth has been so phenomenal, causing tremendous industry push in this area. Article also refers to "Netmercials", i.e. interstitial TV-quality ads, as the next great thing on the web.
Here's the issue: the article refers to an offbeat web quiz show, called "You Don't Know Jack," which allegedly has TV-quality, interstitial ads which are 15 seconds in length. Any one know anything about this. Perhaps article overstated technology, and perhaps significantly different than echoMEDIA. Nevertheless, worth exploring.
