Got any president within the last decade with even ONE Executive Order which was ruled as "over-reaching the constitutional powers of the President" by the Supreme Court?

How about a president that refused to negotiate with Congress, but had no problem negotiating with Terrorist organizations that carried out heinous attacks on our country?
