I was unaware of them but its a good idea. Here in San Diego I hear radio ads for a competitor all the time. I assumed they were nation wide and the largest as they advertise on Fox radio. I'll try to jot down the name of the company next time I hear it.

This is a good area to jump on. Same as Zillow.

The new car market price data is a slam dunk. Known quantity. The car dealers are going to hate this.

Doing used cars is going to take a lot more data. They're only going to be able to give prices for relatively new used cars. All sorts of variables like mileage and if your not a vintage car collector you probably don't know that California and Texas cars are more valuable because we are civilized and don't salt the roads...

In any case data like this is going to be invaluable to people buying used cars. Women and the non-streetwise don't know what they are up against in the used car market - naive novices vs experienced and crafty salesmen and underground used car dealers posing as non-dealers.

I have a BEST friend who used to buy and sell cars. Never bought one off him. Best I could do is get a fair price.
