Got it, you can CONFIRM FRAUDULENT PRACTICES on the billing of the hospital in question, in regards to your hospital bill, that you were not largely responsible to pay, and were not aware of the pre-negotiated billing policies between your insurer and the provider that you CONFIRM FRAUDULENT PRACTICES against because you Validate it using a time-vetted process called..." validation of what I'd already come to know".

Hope they don't put you on too many "Jury Trials".
