My own darts being totally ineffectual, maybe it is time to try someone else's. FWIT, PRCP has not seen $22 since March 1996, it makes money, and currently has a PE ratio of 14.8. Market cap is 185 million. I live a short drive from headquarters and I might just follow up on this hunch. A few years ago, the company was one that French engineers touring SE MI manufacturing sites insisted on seeing and they were impressed.
